General Description:

The three year law degree program will provide you with a balance of theory and practice. Through your studies, you will acquire an understanding of the key areas of law and will develop a broad range of knowledge, skills and values in areas such as legal research, problem solving and oral and written communication. Moreover, our course will help you understand and promote the ethical standards of the legal profession and appreciate international and indigenous perspectives.

This program offers a top-flight education in the field of constitutional law, family law, Afghan institutions & system, jurisprudence, administrative law, commercial law, banking law, immigration law & policy, human rights law, conflict of laws, European Union law and managerial skills.

Further, it enhances the students’ thinking, reasoning and expressive abilities within the legal and related contexts, leading to employment in the legal profession, law reform agencies, public service or other relevant areas.

Training objective:

At the end of this programme, the student will be equipped with the capacity for research and analyses of quantitative and qualitative data.  He shall be critical in his/her approach and be able to use legal language to analyse complex situations, debate and make rigorous proposals.
