Presentation of our concept with the hectic lives we all lead, we must train ourselves yet, but some of us do not have time to devote one or two evenings a week - which is why we offer two alternatives to follow our progress (see below).
Professional life, what remains of family life, etc. encourages us to enjoy every moment that we can devote to our family and our relatives, but it is nevertheless important not to neglect their own training, which is a necessity to cope with work demands more and more severe.
