Samuel Wee
Samuel Wee is a corporate and executive coach, consultant, and facilitator. He brings over 35 years’ executive experience from the business and non-profit sector. He has held positions as Chief Financial Officer, European Financial Controller, Group Asia Pacific Business Development Manager and in strategic planning in manufacturing and service in multinational and national companies. He holds an MBA, two double-major MA degrees (Finance and Economics and Marketing and Computer Resource Management), with undergraduate accreditation in Engineering, Computer Studies and Programming and, Accounting. He is also a certified corporate coach, behaviour and values analyst. Samuel Wee’s hobbies include martial arts, golf, scuba diving and reading. |

| Dr Moustapha NDIAYE
Dr Moustapha NDIAYE is a Professor of Dunya Institute for Higher Education. From Senegal in West Africa, he is Sociology PHD Titular in Haute Bretagne University of Rennes in France. There, he was an "IRUTIC" member a Research Group of that University. Back in Senegal in 2008, he has being teaching in many institutions such as University of Thiès and Marist Institute.
He realized many experiences in consulting with many institutions. Contracted by with Aziz DIEYE Consulting Cabinet, in a diagnostic sponsored by USAID/EDB and Ministry of Education, he coordinated an empirical investigation in ten Regions about this following subject: "Inventory of Public and Private Partnership" in basic education sector" in 2010.
Sponsored by EU and UGP-ANE, he also realized a preparatory advocacy for the subject "Appeasement of school crises" in Thiès, a Region of Senegal in 2009.
Before coming in Dunya Institute for Higher Education, he was responsible for Capacity Building activities in the Technical Support Officer of Decentralized Cooperation Program initiated by two cities: Cergy Pontoise (France) and Thiès (Senegal). |

| Alejandro Gómez
Alejandro Gómez is a Dominican and Spanish national living in Geneva since 1985. He holds a Bachelor in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, a Master in European Studies from the University of Geneva and various diplomas in the field of international economic cooperation from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. He worked for 5 years as an analyst of international negotiations for various intergovernmental organizations (notably the CARICOM and the ACP Group of States). Since September 2010, he works as an international consultant on negotiation techniques and as a founding member of the NGO African Diplomacy Observatory.
His core interests are negotiation theory and practice, international economic relations, global and regional environmental issues, with a particular focus on Africa and the Caribbean. He recently published an article on the emerging international governance structure related to the WTO's negotiations in fisheries subsidies. |

Progress Assessments |
|
DIHE’s professors provide formative and summative assessments of each student’s professional deliverables for every course. The Institute is built on a model that requires students, with relevant support and guidance, to meet performance-level expectations.
Each student receives regular feedback from professors throughout each course and a summative evaluation on all course assignments. In order to graduate, a student must demonstrate that he/she has achieved the program objectives. |
