The Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) programme covers the fields of management and corporate strategy, business organization, accounting, financial analysis, micro- and macro-economics and finance. On completing the BBA, the student will have acquired an in-depth understanding of business organizations and their key elements as well as wider considerations such as environments, markets and processes and how these elements work together.
As a newly qualified graduate, you will be able to develop business strategies, take calculated risks and become an effective decision-maker and you will have studied other business functions such as marketing, accounting and finance. We put particular emphasis on practical skills, in particular information and communication technology, numerical, study and thought processes because we believe that an effective future manager must be both multi-skilled and able to adapt rapidly to any given situation. Through internships that you will undertake as part of the degree course, you will also acquire practical work experience where you will have been able to put into practice in a real-life situation the theory you have learned in class.
The course provides students with the skills necessary to access positions of responsibility in both the public and private sectors. DIHE professors, who have an extensive academic background and a wide range of professional experience in national and international companies, will tutor you in current successful strategic management practices. DIHE organizes conferences with local and international experts throughout the year.
